Ms. Debska graduated from Wroclaw University of Economics in Poland with a degree in economics. She holds a certificate from Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and a Master in Business Administration (MBA) from University City Dublin, Ireland.
Kasia joined Azimut Life in 2022 as Chief Financial Officer and her responsibilities included managing the finance department and all related activities. Since August 2024, she holds the role of Azimut Life Chief Executive Officer and is responsible for overseeing the day to day running of the Company and for implementing Azimut Life’s short- and long-term plans. She is also Company’s Director.
Ms. Debska has over 18 years of international experience in insurance sector and outsourcing. She actively contributed to numerous projects leading to improved process efficiencies. Kasia successfully designed internal controls, including data quality controls and led and mentored a team of professionals while focused on responsibilities. During her career she always developed robust relationships with the senior management and other key stakeholders.
